City Small Commercial Rate
Service for all commercial customers and multiple-family dwelling units billing under one meter which are located inside Bryan’s city limits whose peak kilowatt (KW) demand is less than or equal to 24.99 kW.
Rural Small Commercial Rate
Service for all commercial customers and multiple-family dwelling units which are located outside Bryan’s city limits, but within the BTU service area (those located in the city limits of College Station are subject to a 5% franchise fee) whose peak kilowatt (KW) demand is less than or equal to 24.99 kW.
Secondary Service Demand Rates
City Secondary Service Demand Rate
Service for all commercial and industrial customers which are located inside Bryan’s limits (subject to BTU’s Line Extension Policy) whose billed peak kilowatt (kW) demand is greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 1,000 kW.
Rural Secondary Service Demand Rate
Service for all commercial and industrial customers located outside Bryan’s city limits, but within the BTU service area, excluding customers within the city limits of College Station (those located in city limits of College Station are subject to a 5% franchise fee) whose peak kilowatt (KW) demand is greater than or equal to 25 kW and less than 1,000 kW.
Secondary Service Large Rates
City Secondary Service Large Commercial Rate
Service for all commercial or industrial customers located inside Bryan’s limits peak kilowatt (kW) demand is greater than or equal to 1,000 kW.
Rural Secondary Service Large Commercial Rate
Service for all commercial and industrial customers located outside of the city limits of the City of Bryan, but within BTU service territory (those located inside the city limits of College Station are subject to a 5% franchise fee) whose peak kilowatt (kW) demand is greater than or equal to 1,000 kW.
