We are excited to announce a new online platform, CitizenServe, designed to simplify the Line Design project permitting process. This platform, launching in early 2025, will allow customers to initiate, manage, and track their BTU Line Design projects directly from a computer or mobile device. Once registration is available, contractors, electricians, and others responsible for new projects must create an account in order to start and manage projects.
Customers will have the ability to fill out applications for new project permits and electronically attach any supporting documentation, track the status of projects, request inspections, view inspection results, and pay fees online.
