Reporting an Outage

In the event of an outage, our advanced AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), or “smart meters,” automatically alert us when your power is interrupted. We respond immediately without the need for you to take any action such as reporting the outage.

However, if you’d like to ensure your outage is reported or you notice any unusual electrical issues, there are two easy ways to let us know:

  • Call Us: Contact our outage reporting line at 979-822-3777 to report your outage.
  • Text Us: If you've registered your mobile number, you can report outages by texting OUT to 979-821-5700.
